SALE EVENTS - All Sale items will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unworn/unused, in the same condition that you received it, with tags attached and in its original packaging. There must be no stains or odours. If you would like to request a return for your item(s) please send an email to info@bubon.co including your name, order number, reason for return and images of the item, within 14 days of receiving your order.

The return fee cost will be deducted from the refund amount of your order.

EXCHANGES
Exchanges are possible on all orders (excl Sale). If you would like to request an exchange for your item(s) please send an email to info@bubon.co including your order number and newly requested item/size, within 14 days of receiving your order. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the original item(s).
