ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed Monday to Friday, with 1-2 days processing time. Orders placed before 10AM GMT, will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following working day. Please note that during busy periods such as new releases or sale events, orders may take 1-3 days to ship. Orders combined with pre-order items will be shipped out at the same time once the pre-order item is available, please place a separate order if you would like to receive non-pre-order items sooner.
DELIVERY DISCLAIMER
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for lost, delayed or stolen parcels due to incomplete or incorrect addresses (e.g. missing apartment/building numbers). Please choose a safe delivery address for you to receive your order. Once your parcel has been marked as delivered by the courier, responsibility transfers to the customer. If issues arise, please contact your local courier, check with neighbours or building management for assistance.
UK DELIVERY
Orders are shipped with Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Guaranteed Delivery. Although no longer legally required by Royal Mail, please ensure you are present to provide a signature upon delivery.
INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES
International orders are subject to taxes and duties custom to the destination country. These fees are paid by the customer, we are not liable for the additional import costs.
If a package is refused and/or returned, the customer is responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that may have been incurred, in addition to the cost of return. This amount will be deducted from your order refund once the package has been successfully returned. Please ensure that the correct and complete shipping address and contact details are provided on your order to ensure receival.

NORTH AMERICA & SOUTH AMERICA
Orders are shipped with Royal Mail International Tracked, with a standard delivery time of 7-10 working days.
